Virginia's ABE Marketing Guide
A guide which practitioners
can use when planning a marketing campaign. It includes promotion
techniques, tips for promotion, methods of measuring effectiveness
of techniques, and samples of the most current materials. This guide
is distributed throughout the state to all ABE practitioners and
administrators.
PLANET MARS (Plan To
Empower Teachers with Marketing and Retention Strategies)
Directions to PLANET MARS
- guidebook containing information and techniques for marketing ABE
programs and retaining students until they have reached their goal(s).
It also contains step-by-step instructions on how to develop and
implement a marketing and retention plan for use in every program,
whether it is a full-time learning center or a three hour part-time
class.

technology components; and the "Works Bar" lists job search skills
offered.
