camera-ready logo sheets, etc. distributed throughout the state to
all ABE practitioners and administrators.

A 12-minute video which
includes segments explaining each component of Adult Basic Education
in West Virginia.
PLANET MARS (Plan To
Empower Teachers with Marketing and Retention Strategies)
Directions to PLANET MARS
- guidebook containing information and techniques for marketing ABE
programs and retaining students until they have reached their goal(s).
It also contains step-by-step instructions on how to develop and
implement a marketing and retention plan for use in every program,
whether it is a full-time learning center or a three hour part-time
class.
